1. Guarantee Policy

The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This payment is fully refundable, less a $25.00 processing fee, up to your designated cancellation policy depending on how reservation was booked. Some promotional rates may be non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation. Our cancellation policies range from 72 hours up to 30 days, dependent on time of year and how your reservation was booked. Some promotional rates may have different cancellation policies – please inquire at time of booking. Reservations or modifications made within the designated cancellation policies are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Deposit policies may vary when booking with a third party or travel agency or when booking a promotional rate or package rate.

Rustic Inn reserves the right to not provide exemptions from the cancellation policies for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance prior to your stay. Please contact us for further questions about cancellation policies.

If changing form of payment after deposit or payment has been made, please note there is a 10% processing fee.

3. Pet Policy

The Rustic Inn Creekside Resort and Spa does not allow pets on our property or in any of our guest rooms. Registered Service Animals are allowed, but must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA and therefore not allowed. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $250 fine and/or the forfeiture of your reservation deposit.
