Private Wildlife Tour & Cross-Country Ski Excursion
Begin at sunrise with a guided winter wildlife tour in Grand Teton National Park, including pickup directly from your lodging. Enjoy a relaxing ride as your knowledgeable guide interprets the landscape, highlights sweeping views of the Teton Range, and leads brief walks to scenic overlooks in search of wintering wildlife. After the safari, return to a private ski lodge for a locally sourced catered lunch, then prepare for the cross-country skiing portion of the day.
Our guided Jackson Hole cross-country ski experience is ideal for all ability levels and showcases the serene beauty of a western winter. Ski across the largest private ranch in the Jackson Hole Valley, following trails near the Snake River with unobstructed mountain views. Along the way, your guides share insights into local wildlife, flora, and regional history—creating a peaceful, immersive adventure in the heart of Wyoming’s winter landscape.

Snowshoe Tours
A naturalist guide will lead you on a journey into the heart of winter on snowshoes over snow-covered terrain. You will follow animal tracks in the snow, examine different aspects of winter ecology and enjoy the outstanding beauty of Jackson Hole as it is blanketed in white. Tours are offered in the National Forest.
Tours available for all ages and abilities. All tours include snowshoe rental, water, and snacks. Transportation is included with all tours, except for the The Explorer Mixed Group Tours. Lunch is provided with The Trekker Tour and the Snowshoe + Elk Sleigh Ride Tour.

Snowshoe + Elk Sleigh Ride – Full Day (8 Hour):
Combine a private 1/2 day snowshoe tour followed by lunch at Dornan’s in Moose. Finish the day with an Elk Refuge Sleigh Ride on the National Elk Refuge by horse-drawn sleigh. The sleigh ride portion is a public, group experience.
